Ride-On pad is an affordable and well-made pad.
It gives protection and pressure relief of the rider seat bones. For the rider it does not provide so much support but the surface of artificial suede gives a good grip so there is no risk slipping around, the pad lays still on the horse. Full size is cut for the withers but for a horse with a very long wither it does not fit equally well. Pony model are best suited for ponies with short withers. Girth attachment have a slight V-shape to distribute the pressure. The small sheepskin patch attached to the straps can be removed. The pony size is very small and is used for smaller A-B ponies by a child or a small adult size 32-36.

This is a improvement of the Ride-On pad. It is built on the a Ride-On pad with a separate pad part that is attached with Velcro. There are pockets for inlays that creates a bigger channel and increses the distribution of pressure. The separate pad part makes the bareback pad thicker and the seat wider so this model is suitable for horses that are a little more "roof" shaped. On a broad flat horseback it becomes wider for the rider to sit in. Designed for sensitive horses who need more support than the ordinary Ride-On pad can provide.

The Iberica gives very good comfort to the rider. The galleries in the front and back provides plenty of support. The pad comes in three different sizes: shetland, pony and full. The pony model is the most popular and it is ideal for riders from size 34 up to 42. It also work for a size 44 if you prefer to sit tight. Size shetland fits well for children and adult sizes 32 up to 36. The pad is built on a saddle lined with thick sheepskin in nature. The skin on the bottom of the bareback pads are always in colour nature.
There are pockets with inlays that are possible to remove. The seat consist of a removable sheepskin. The front and back gallery are latex / foam blocks which also can be removed.
Use of stirrups is not recommended beacuse it gives too big point pressure on the horses back. All bareback pads can be used with a saddle pad.
The Iberica girth straps are a little short so you need a fairly long dressage girth. It is not the same girth attachement for Christs other two models, basic and premium.

Well designed bareback pads with high quality from the German company Grandeur known for its fabulous saddle pads. The pad is a solid construction with robust materials. The pad have three different pockets for inlays and panels almost like a saddle. The pad provides good space for the withers that can be adjusted with the inlays in the pockets if there is need. Another advantage is that the long straps is attached to a Velcro strip that can be adjusted depending on the horses girth position. The stirrup leather is attached to a velcro plate that can be adjusted.
The Grandeur pads are only available in one size(except Baroque) and are quite spacious but it will still work fine for most riders. Size 36-38 and bigger.
The Baroque model is available in size Full 60-61 cm and Pony 55-56 cm.
