A really well thought out and functional riding pad from Edix! Very stabil and firm in the construction. More like a hybride of a barebacka pad and / treless saddle.
The top of this pad is made of premium quality brushed suede.
The model is designed by Edix to be adaptable to many different horses.
The seat widens out fast to give good support för the seatbones and fits riders with a bit more narrow hipangle.
Two pairs of knee pads are included in two different sizes, which provides an adaptable seat.
Union is constructed with a multi-layer pressure distribution system and adapts to your horse's anatomy over time. The carefully selected materials provide even weight distribution, which reduces pressure points.
However, we recommend that when using the stirrup rings, a Grandeur standard pad with neoprene pocket should be used as additional pressure relief. The stirrups should not be used for sitting. Fits regular stirrup leathers or mono stirrup leathers for closed bars.
Union is specially designed for horses with higher withers and provides optimal space for the spine thanks to the panels underneath that you can strategically place to fit your horse.
The PP Y-girth system improves stability by distributing the girth pressure over a larger area. The movable girth rings allow for customized girth placement.
